Penn State University - Berks
Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2008, Penn State Berks campus is part of the 20-school Penn State University system. With an enrollment of 2,800 students, Penn State Berks offers thirteen bachelor's degrees in fields such as biology, business, electro-mechanical engineering technology, information sciences, and science. Associate degrees are offered in areas such as agricultural business, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, and occupational therapy. Penn State Berks also offers a wide variety of Continuing Education courses. Students can take the first two years of 160 bachelor degree programs that can be completed at other Penn State campuses.
The Penn State Berks faculty performs extensive research in fields such as electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, food science, horticulture, biology, chemistry, and agricultural economics.
